Made to order, just for you
Every item in this shop is made to order — your print, desk mat or mouse pad is produced after you place your order, rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. Production takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships.
How long delivery takes
Delivery time is production time plus transit time:
United States: transit is typically 3 to 7 business days after production, so most US orders arrive within about 5 to 12 business days of ordering.
International: please allow 2 to 4 weeks after production, as orders pass through customs and longer transit routes.
Production can take a little longer during busy periods such as holidays.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item and your delivery address, and you'll always see the exact shipping cost before you pay. We don't add a flat markup shipping fee on top.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Some shipments switch carriers partway through their journey, and tracking can pause for a few days during that handoff — that doesn't mean your package is lost, it's still on its way.
International orders and customs
Orders are fulfilled from facilities in different regions, and the facility used for your order is chosen when you order. If your order ships across a border, checkout will show a customs notice. For most EU orders, customs duty is collected at checkout and shown as a "Customs duty" line, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. For other destinations, your country's customs authority may charge import duties or taxes when your package arrives — Fourthwall can't predict the exact amount.
